Gefen EXT-ADA-LAN-RX Ethernet Audio, RS-232, and IR Signal Receiver receives bidirectional RS-232 signals, analog audio (3.5 mm miniJack), digital audio (TOSLINK and RCA), and infrared control signals from 1000BaseT IP networks over Category 5e or 6 cable at distances up to 100 meters. It supports power via PoE (802.3af) or from an external 5 V adapter. Equipped with a built-in two-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, it is controlled via a built-in web interface, Telnet, and UDP. Compatible with EXT-CU-LAN controllers and the virtual matrix system supporting thousands of devices. The compact enclosure occupies half a 19″ rack unit of space, features mounting brackets, and can be placed behind a display with connection to an external IR module.
Maximum power consumption: 3 W. Power via PoE (802.3af) or from an external 5 V source.
Control via web interface, Telnet, UDP. Program and Program Select buttons.
