Audio signal decoder Gefen GTV-HDMI-2-HDMIAUD is designed to extract the audio signal embedded in the HDMI 1.3 stream, with output to separate digital outputs for connecting external speaker systems. Supports video signals with resolutions up to 1920×1200 and high-definition formats up to 1080p. The device is compatible with HDMI 1.3, DVI 1.0, and HDCP 1.1, supports multichannel 7.1 audio, Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD Master Audio, as well as Lip-Sync synchronization and CEC control signal transmission. The built-in EDID emulator allows selecting the audio format, and switches on the case provide convenient control of operating modes. Outputs include HDMI, optical TOSLINK interface, and 8 RCA connectors for multichannel analog. Power is supplied via 5 V with a threaded locking connector for secure power adapter connection. The metal chassis serves for device mounting.
