The complete Gefen GTB-USB2.0-4LR-BLK device is designed for transmitting USB 2.0 interface signals over a single Category 5e or 6 twisted pair cable over distances up to 100 meters. The extender provides a bandwidth speed of up to 480 Mbps and supports USB 1.1 and 2.0 specifications. The receiver module is equipped with a 4-port USB hub, which supports connecting peripheral devices with a current of up to 500 mA; a maximum of 14 devices, including hubs, can be connected. The front module reduces power consumption and can be powered via the USB interface or an external power supply (EXT-PS54AULPN) with a threaded lock for a secure connection. The kit is compatible with Mac and PC platforms, supports Plug&Play, and features activity, power, and link status indicators. The housing is made of metal, color is black, dimensions are 146 x 63.5 x 31.7 mm.
