The Gefen EXT-UHD-LANS-RX receiver is designed to receive 4K HDMI 60 Hz (4:2:0), RS-232, audio, and infrared (IR) control signals from a Gigabit Ethernet network (1000BaseT) with support for Category 5e and 6 cables. The device supports HDCP 1.4 and 2.2, HDR, Deep Color, and multi-channel uncompressed LPCM digital audio up to 7.1, including Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X, and DTS-HD Master Audio. It features a TOSLINK digital audio output and can be powered via PoE. Control is possible through the built-in web interface, Telnet, UDP, and it also supports building virtual video wall matrices up to 16×16 devices with Gefen EXT-CU-LAN controllers.
